Cancellation Policy
Please cancel appointments at least one day in advance.
Same-day cancellations and late arrivals may be charged a $25 fee. This fee must be paid before booking another appointment and does not apply toward future services.
Important Location Notice
Clients who arrive at the former Chesterfield location may also be charged a $25 fee.
Unfortunately, I’m unable to wait for you to travel to the correct location, as it disrupts the schedule for the rest of the day.
Same-Day Online Booking
Clients who book a same-day appointment online and then cancel after confirmation will be charged a same-day cancellation fee of $25.
Please only book same-day appointments if you’re certain you plan to keep them.
Online Appointment Requests
Appointment requests submitted online are reviewed in the order they’re received. A confirmation will be sent once the request is approved.
Pretty Late After-Hours Policy
Appointments starting at 9 PM or later are subject to an after-hours fee:
• $15 – Spray Tanning
• $25 – Facials
This fee is added to the total at checkout.
By booking a Pretty Late appointment, you agree to the applicable fee and understand that extended-hour services are offered at Skin Sweet’s discretion.
